This one woman show about Joan of Arc (Jeanne d’Arc) and mental illness is a combination
history lesson and autobiography. Both humorous and heartbreaking, it weaves together the
stories of Joan of Arc, the writer’s journey with mental health, and the moment where both
women’s lives overlap.
Spring Play Festival at 18th and Union
Celebrating a “diverse garden” of performance artists, Spring Shot serves as a
launch pad for brand-new dance, theater, burlesque, and comedy shorts over
three weekends. This year, 30+ artists have come to lay roots at 18th & Union,

Art to Combat Gentrification Wa Na Wari
Last Saturday, February 3rd, Wa Na Wari opened an art exhibit of three Black artists, Marin Burnett, Brandon Donahue-Shipp, An artist called DK and Christopher Iduma. Wa Na Wari is situated in a fifth-generation Black-owned home in the Central District on a block without Leggoland development, and proudly displays this sign.

Turbo Turkey Sketch Comedy proudly presents their first-ever Greatest Hits show! They scoured the oceans and mountaintops and found nothing. Then they searched their brains and concocted a zany show full of characters, unique situations, and lots of laughs! It will be a night/afternoon of original sketch comedy.
Turbo Turkey Productions started in 2009 after completing Jet City improv classes to sharpen skills, and having previous sketch comedy experience in Indiana, Adam set out to create a sketch and improv group.

Washburn), and Christine Oshiki (she/her, soprano) will present Seven Songs of Emily Dickinson (composition by Erika Meyer), with the imitable Beth Grimmett-Tankersley (she/her) on the piano!
